Meet The Team
John has over 37 years senior level experience in, inter alia, Human Resources Management, Management Consulting and Recruitment. Included in his experience was a fairly long stint as CEO of an Integrated Dairy Farm in Nigeria. For the last 12 years, his focus has been primarily on providing his clients with expert services in the Recruitment/ Head Hunting arenas.
He particularly enjoys expatriate recruitment assignments and undertaking large scale projects, such as the staffing of new operations. Examples in terms of the latter have included a new cement factory in Nigeria and 3 new Independent Power Plants in South Africa. In terms of expatriate recruitment, he has covered many African countries, as well as the Middle East, Eastern Europe, India, China, and the Asian Pacific Islands.
John loves travelling and enjoys new challenges. He has been exposed through his career to most industries/ sectors and is still involved in occasional consulting assignments with his network of contact in Nigeria, particularly in the area of Agri-Business and the exporting of livestock from South Africa. He has a BA degree in Psychology and Political Science and an MDP from Stellenbosch Business School.
Nikita graduated in 2014 with a BCom degree in Tourism Management. Thereafter, she established her career in recruitment specialising in staffing for the Pharmaceutical and Medical sectors. She later developed her range in recruiting for the Engineering, Mining, Power Generation, IT and Manufacturing sectors, to name a few.
On joining Staff-X in 2017, Nikita has further expanded on her portfolio in recruiting expatriates as well as recruiting for large scale projects. She is always eager to learn and has a keen eye for finding skills to suit clients’ needs. Over the years she has built valuable networks across most sectors.
Owing to a strong interest to better understand and support her clients, she is pursuing a BCom degree in Human Resources Management. In recognising that the most important asset a company has is its’ people, Nikita makes every effort to facilitate the recruitment process ensuring a smooth career transition for candidates and clients alike.
Adri has more than 30 years’ experience in Human Resources Management, which includes both the client’s side as well as recruiter’s side. Her passion for this industry was sparked from the beginning of her career, where she was appointed by The Department of Health as Personnel Clerk. In this role she gained valuable experience across the full spectrum of Human Resources Management.
Later, in 2004, she entered the private sector working at a Recruitment Agency. Her career has since been primarily in the Recruitment/ Head Hunting industry. While she has covered many sectors during her career, after initially focusing mainly on the public sector and on large scale ‘project’ recruitment assignments, her main areas of focus over the last few years have been in Automotive, Engineering, Finance, FMCG and Agri-Business Industries.
Adri has also been involved in expatriate recruitment, mainly in Africa, and has herself worked as an expatriate in Mozambique on the gas pipeline project. She has a passion for working with people from all backgrounds and levels - from blue collar to the boardroom. She has a talent for building and sustaining relationships with clients as well as with candidates and is willing to go the extra mile to understand what each client needs.
